Getting Started

Run the web surface on port 3008. No provider setup required.

Prerequisites

Node 22+ and npm (bundled with Node).

Install and run

npm install · npm run dev:web: starts on http://localhost:3008.

What you get

The landing page, the tool directory with browser-ready utilities, the council persona gallery, topic portals, and documentation. Desktop-bound capabilities are visible but explicitly unconnected.
